We are currently looking for a UK IT Recruiter to work in our Hyderabad office assisting a team who place a high volume of candidates in a variety of different roles within different sectors including Construction, Engineering and IT from UK based clients

The successful candidate must have the following experience:

• 2 + year of related IT Recruiting experience in corporate and agency environment

·        Responsible for handling IT requirements from UK based clients

·        Generating business by calling prospective clients and enquiring about current vacancies

·        Sourcing candidates using various methods such as social media mainly LinkedIn, advertisement and CV Databases

·        Screening candidates to ensure they are suitable for the role by looking at their experience and qualifications

·        Being the mediator between the client and the candidate at interview stage, gathering feedback from both parties

·        Managing the full recruitment life cycle independently, including Searching, Screening, Coordinating Interviews, Responsible for Job posting/mass mailing.

·        Sourcing from Job Portals (Reed, Totaljobs, Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

·        Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.

·        Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

·        Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

·        Validation of Resumes for experience & verification of work status
