Office Assistant / Office Boy

We are looking for a reliable, energetic and hands-on Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office upkeep and basic office management
• Handle front desk support, including receiving visitors and attending to basic requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the office is neat, organised and presentable
• Assist with client meetings, including arrangements, refreshments and general support
• Handle local errands, document movement and other office-related tasks
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative requirements

Requirements

• Active, responsible and physically fit, with a hands-on approach to work
• Having a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is and Add on
• Should be comfortable handling multiple day-to-day office responsibilities
• Good communication and a pleasant, professional manner
• Candidates living in or around Yeshwanthpur, Mathikere or nearby areas preferred
• Prior experience in an office, corporate or professional-services environment will be an advantage
