Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Admin Associate to maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient data communications network.

Requirements and Skills :

• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Responding to client support requests.
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, NTFS
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
• Knowledge of popular operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server), software applications, and remote connection systems
• Basic knowledge of Domain & Group policies
• AWS, Azure knowledge are added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
• Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
• Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
• Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
• Conduct remote troubleshooting
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
• Record technical issues and solutions in logs
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
• Report customer feedback and potential product requests
• Help create technical documentation and manuals

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
